In the first stage of the Arab Championship for novice girls, Marva Al Hamadi achieved impressive results, winning two gold medals. She became the first in her age group Ilka 4 to 15 years, and also secured an overall victory in this same category, where 7 participants competed.
The national team of the United Arab Emirates dominated in the team sailing championship held in the capital of Bahrain, Manama, among 8 participating countries. They earned 4 medals: 2 golds — with Marva Al Hamadi, and one silver each — with Kamiliya Al Kebisi and Media Al Niadi.
Additionally, Kamiliya Al Kebisi won silver in the Ilka 6 to 18 years category, where 4 participants took part. Athlete Media Khalid Al Niadi also participated in the competitions.
