Dr. Kamal Al-Hamm, Secretary-General of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, stated that the Second Gulf Week for Law and Arbitration serves as a strategic platform for exchanging expertise among various stakeholders, professionals, and experts in the fields of arbitration and investment. It enhances legal and administrative cooperation among member states, contributing to the development of an arbitration-friendly environment and encouraging investment in the region. The program, launched by the Gulf Arbitration Centre, features the Second Gulf Week for Law and Arbitration under the patronage and presence of the GCC Secretary-General, Jasem Al-Budaiwi. It will be held in Bahrain from January 25th to 29th, with the participation of 50 Gulf and international experts.
Second Gulf Week for Law and Arbitration to be Held in Bahrain
The Second Gulf Week for Law and Arbitration will take place in Bahrain from January 25-29, bringing together 50 experts to discuss developing the arbitration environment and attracting investment in the region.
