Between GFH Financial Group and Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), one of the leading providers of logistics services in the countries of the Soviet Union of the Persian Gulf, a preliminary agreement on collaboration has been signed. This was announced by GFH in an official statement.
The agreement presumes the intention of both companies to collaborate and explore opportunities for the development of corporate business and trade in the Gulf region. The parties hope that this partnership will help them strengthen their positions in the market and leverage the synergy of their strengths for mutual benefit.
Omar Kuttab, the CEO of GFH, noted: "We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with GWC. We are confident that their expertise in logistics and our extensive banking and financial experience open up unique opportunities for joint growth."
The parties also emphasized that they are working on finalizing a definitive agreement, which will establish the final terms and conditions of their partnership.
